EA's SSX Gets Deadly in New Game

Earlier this week EA revealed a new entry in the long-running SSX franchise, Deadly Descents. Will you cope against nature?

The new game is described as a battle between mountain a man, with players working as part of a team to try and be the first to venture down some of the most treacherous, deadly mountains. "In SSX: Deadly Descents the first goal is to survive. The second, in true SSX fashion, is to look good doing it."

As well as sounding far more serious and gritty, the game's art-style appears to have followed to trend into a more realistic and brutal look.

SSX: Deadly Descents is out next year for all platforms.

Jb, this title isn't coming to any Nintendo platforms Smilie

"Project Peak 3" finally revealed, but not made by Criterion Games, as rumours last year had suggested. Anyway, I like the new art style and expect an awesome game with EA Canada at the Helm.

Edit:

I really enjoyed Blur, I've been hoping for a new game since. I'd like to see a new game on Wii using Motion Plus and the Balance Board.

Well I suppose this will HAVE to do untill Nintendo makes another 1080 Snowboarding game.

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422
