You've been fooled (...or not) This was one of our three April fools posted on April 1st. Nintendo will not be releasing Twilight Edition mode for Ocarina of Time 3D. Were you fooled? Do tell!
---------
Nintendo has confirmed an extra special bonus feature available after completing the main story in Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.
In a video leaked to Japanese magazine Famitsu earlier today, the Japanese giant revealed The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Twilight Edition as a campaign+ mode. Much like Master Quest, the game boasts harder, more difficult dungeons but instead of being a straightforward port, Nintendo have remodelled the game in the style of the Wii/GameCube epic, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
In this first look we have protagonist Link wandering about his home village of the Kokiri Forest, battling a Twilight Gohma and even taking to Hyrule for the first time. Details are scarce, but according to reports players will need to collect all the Golden Skulltulla tokens, beating the game with only three hearts. Madness!
Without further adieu, the debut trailer for Twilight Edition:
It’s uncertain whether Twilight Edition would be available from day one. Nintendo are apparently considering adding the feature as DLC from April 1st 2012 as it might be too late to implement fully into the retail edition.

What do you think of the extra mode? Would you have preferred additional dungeons/story content instead?
