Teaser Video for Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

As well as posting new art for Resident Evil: Revelations, Capcom also put together a very short teaser trailer for sister game, the third-person shooter, Resident Evil: The Mercenaries.

"Legendary characters", 2 player co-operative and a whole host of locations to battle through are key features in the spin-off game, exclusively for 3DS. Chris Redfield, Albert Wesker, Hunk, Claire Redfield, Jack Krauser, and Jill Valentine have all been confirmed, with Wesker and Jill getting their own trailer earlier this week.

I hope the rumour of a May 6th release in Europe is true. 3DS owners really need a good MP game to sink their teeth into while they wait for Mario Kart.

This game needs tons of levels and characters to make it worthwhile. Online is a must (4 player please?) and plenty of objective based stuff. There needs to be a progression: not a narrative but a path through the game with progress, unlocking new characters and levels as you go. I hope it's not just a few levels open from the start with a few missions and a high score mode, but I can't see Capcom leaving it like that.

Add me on anything. I'm always looking for new friends/opponents/town visitors/chances to appear more popular than I actually am.
