Ace Combat Made Official for 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

As well as confirming Tales of the Abyss 3DS for Europe, Namco Bandai announced an entry in the popular Ace Combat series for 3DS. The new project was highlighted by Nintendo in the early 3DS game lists and is now in development by the series creators and veterans Project Aces, the folk working on the latest home console entry Assault Horizon.

Ace Combat first took the skies nearly sixteen years ago with the first title on Sony's PlayStation. Since then Namco Bandai ventured onto the PS2, PSP, arcades and Xbox 360. There was a Nintendo version with Ace Combat Advance several years ago.

I was really impressed with the PSP Ace Combats, so I expect a 3DS version to be even better.
