New Pandora's Tower Wii Gameplay Trailer

New Pandora

Nintendo popped on a new trailer on the Japanese Nintendo Channel for the Ganbarion-developed Wii RPG Pandora's Tower.

The new IP for Wii revolved heavily around the Oreichalkos chain, with hero Ende using his new tool to snag meat off defeated enemies, hold onto ledges and figure out puzzles. He also dabbles in the scythe, sword and a rather deadly pair of daggers.

Why? He's trying to gather as much fleshy remains to save the recently cursed singer Ceres before the time runs out and she's not so pretty anymore (i.e. morphed into a full-time, Monday to Friday monster).

The four minute look into Pandora's Tower details the story and core gameplay mechanics behind the One Piece developer's new Wii project Pandora’s Tower: Until I Return to Your Side is due out in Japan on May 26th.

Looking pretty epic. I really hope this gets a UK/EU release so I can at least check it out. Hopefully this, The Last Story and Xenoblade will all be awesome.

Same, though I don't hope that The Last Story and Xenoblade will be awesome because they are awesome going by the reception of the games. Smilie I'm actually kinda curious about what score Pandora's Tower is going to get from Famitsu. Smilie

It's looking great, and there's a lot more action in this trailer Smilie.
