Avanquest Software Publishing is soon to release Junior Mystery Stories for the Nintendo DS. Adding to Avanquest’s popular portfolio of casual titles, this new hidden-object puzzle adventure game will see players take the role of Rachel, exploring the spooky rooms of her missing Uncle’s dilapidated manor house in search of clues to his whereabouts.
Players will join Rachel and her companion Mooki, a mysterious talking toy, as they go on an adventure to save Uncle Albert. Mooki, an ancient artefact Albert brought back with him from his last archaeology trip before he disappeared, sets Rachel the task of finding 20 missing pieces of a mythical stone tablet which just might be the key to Albert’s disappearance. Set across 19 locations within the manor house and its eerie gardens, players must complete over 90 challenging hidden-object scenes to locate the missing tablet pieces. Featuring three search modes, objects can be located by list, picture and shadow outline.
Journey through the dusty corridors of the manor house and uncover hidden rooms, only unlockable by completing 16 fun mini-games. Solve puzzles, decode Mooki’s clues and complete hidden object scenes to help Rachel find the tablet pieces and rescue Uncle Albert before time runs out!
