Sherlock Holmes Investigates Nintendo 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Following on from last year's Sherlock Holmes and the Mystery of Osborne House on Nintendo DS, Focus Home Interactive has announced a new mystery for the Nintendo 3DS.

Sherlock Holmes has signed on for his first investigation on Nintendo 3DS with Sherlock Holmes and the Mystery of the Frozen City. Specially crafted and developed to take advantage of the unique capacities of Nintendo's latest portable console, the famous detective’s all-new adventure will immerse you in a big investigation in London, and the first images can be seen in the media folder below. It can be seen that Sherlock Holmes is already working on the case in some of the many places that will be open for exploration during the adventure.

When a mysterious snowstorm falls on London, so cold that even the Thames is starting to freeze, Sherlock Holmes, the most astute detective of all time, is called in to investigate. Explore amazing environments, meet and interrogate many colourful characters, and examine objects and clues in order to discover the evidence that will help solve this incredible case. Many original puzzles and brain-teasers will put your skills to the test during your investigation, while you unveil the truth behind the Mystery of the Frozen City.

Sherlock Holmes and the Mystery of the Frozen City will be released on Nintendo 3DS first half of 2012.

This is an OUTRAGE! That's not Holmes, where's Robert Downy Jr.? He HAS to be Holmes so he can put on his other Ironman suite for Epic fight scenes......NOOOOOOO!!!!

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

Sherlock Holmes is a perfect character for video games really.
I always think its odd how in modern portrals (sans the BBC series) he often ends up fighting either steampunky,super-natural or downright sci-fi style plots. Not that its a bad thing, as such....but the original movels have nearly none of that stuff.
