Resident Evil: Revelations - Raid Mode Screenshots on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Resident Evil's story is creeping across online networks with the Raid feature in 3DS outing Revelations.

Due out in January, the game brings a slice of classic survival horror to fans with an exclusive chunk of the storyline as a single player campaign. There'll also be the chance to play alongside other zombie-shooting enthusiasts online in a feature dubbed "Raid".

Unlocked after working your way through the story, it'll let you work alongside others who have also completed the game.

Capcom have released a handful of new screens of the online mode in action.

Looking goregous, played at eurogamer, felt good. Cant wait.

What exactly is Raid? Is it a mode something like Horde on Gears of War, or is it playing through the story, just with friends online?

...Or maybe something completely different? Smilie

Anyways, looking fantastic, can't wait. Smilie

Why does that guy look like he's wearing a Link suit?

The first pic? That's a woman. I can see the Link resemblance though.

Mush - Raid contains standalone missions that can be played either single player or co-op. I think it gets unlocked after the main game.

I think Canyarion meant the third pic of Parker with the hand axe on his back.

He's just got on green army fatigues that kinda resemble Links tunic....actually not really but I can see your confusion if you haven't watched any of the vids online that show Parker from the front. Think of an updated design from Chris' S.T.A.R.S. uniform from the origonal RE.

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

Ah, cheers mate and yes it is unlocked after you complete the main game. That's about the only thing I knew about it. Smilie

I meant the first pic, the small one that's also on the frontpage of C3. Green clothes, a hat that looks like it could be one like Link (but folded a bit) and blonde hair.
I thought it was an unlockable costume or something.

I like the red numbers.
