Hardly worthy to be called "news", we know, but this story might get you into some festive spirit if you're not already.
US President, Barack Obama recently went Christmas shopping for his daughters presents and in the process bought them a Wii game. The President strutted into his local Best Buy with one aim in mind and that was to find the hottest dance game around. With some helpful advice from employees at the store he was persuaded into purchasing Just Dance 3.
Afterwards the President turned around to onlookers and talked about his personal experiences with various dance games. Apparently he doesn't do so well:
In case you all are wondering, Just Dance for the Wii. The girls beat me every time on these various dance games. And you'll never get a picture of me playing because I get graded F every time.
Obama has previously criticised videogames for "raising our kids", back in 2008 during one of his campaign rallies. He also said in a speech to the American Medical Association that parents should start "raising our children to step away from the video games and spend more time playing outside."
