Free 3DS Wireless at UK Airports on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

In the UK Nintendo have partnered with Boingo Wireless to provide free access to hotspots at some of the country's major airports.

From today players can connect to the internet, download updates, browse web-pages, and play against other 3DS owners online whilst waiting for folk to arrive or during those long-winded moments in the departure lounge. Airports include London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted as well as Southampton, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

With wireless on, the system should automatically tap into the network - if not look for "Boingo Wireless" in the network selection.
