Rumour: Mario Tennis to Open 3DS? on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Rumour: Online retailer GameFly has popped up a listing for the 3DS installment of popular Nintendo tennis sim, Mario Tennis.

The project was included in the 3DS line-up last year, but since then fans have only been treated to small chunks of new screens. It is confirmed to have Gyro support and boast many of the recurring stars of the Mushroom Kingdom.

The unconfirmed listing suggests the retail name would be "Mario Tennis Open" and it'll score an ace on May 20th.

Mario Tennis (N64) is one of my favorite Mario sports games. I also love Mario Strikers Charged (Wii).

Super Mario Strikers (GCN) and Mario Superstar Baseball (GCN) are fun too.
