With a successor to Epic Mickey on the way, producer Warren Spector has confirmed plans to wrap things up with four games.
The Power of Two is the second of the console platformers to revolve around Disney's most famous face, this time joined by Oswald the Lucky Rabbit in nifty co-operative features, as the pair go head to head with the Mad Doctor once again.
Spector's push for a tetralogy of games revolves around his hopes to introduce three new "cycles of innovation" with each sequel, this first step including the ability to play co-operatively with a friend. He claims that he knew that he wanted to eventually introduce that element even before starting work on the Wii-exclusive original.
So with that in mind, it's likely that Spector and Junction Point Software are already pondering ideas for the series's third and final incarnations. Just what will Mickey and his forgotten allies get up to next?
