Anyone else noticed that the shown areas seemed really gigantic for a MH game? I couldn't notice those typical passageways that lead you to the next part of the map with their infamous ~5s loading screens. Perhaps with the focus on using the environment to your advantage, it'll have completely open areas without loading screens? That'd be one of the best things ever for the series, I'm sure just about every other fan would agree with me here. I'd take that over prettier graphics ANY day.
Yeah fall attacks are gunna change alot of the setups in MH. I really want to see what these attacks look like with other weapons. Hammer setups seem like they would be amazing. Especially if you're already use to super pounding Raths out of the sky
I hope this will be the first open MH with no load times between areas. If that's so, rookie hunters will no longer be able to run out of the area to heal since monsters will still be able to pursue them.
Also the climbing mechanics look interesting, I wonder if there will be armor skills devoted to fall attacks and climbing speed.
