New English Trailer for Pokémon Black/White 2 on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Nintendo of America has released the July trailer for the upcoming DS/3DS sequel to Pokémon Black and White.

With just over two months to go before the release of the next chapter of this particular Pokémon arc, the footage reviews some of the new features in store for eager trainers. Whilst it will be a case of revisiting the Unova region two years on; a fair bit has changed. There'll be new folk to meet, critters to battle and catch, plus previous generations of Pokémon will be available earlier on this time round.

The World Tournament feature will also allow experienced folk to do battle with faces you may find familiar, including champions and Gym Leaders from previous games. Using the online Wi-Fi Connection, the Pokémon Company will chose a handful of top players and their teams and distribute them for battle - more details to be announced when the time comes.

Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 are due out October 7 in North America and October 12 in Europe.

Will you be stepping into the next Pokémon adventure in the Unova region?

Nice early nineties look. I like how that still sells on todays consoles. You could have amazingly large worlds packed to the brim with content and many intricate, interwoven stories if the size of the development team is still as large as for a contemporary technology game. Hope that's the case.

You are not alone. I am here with you. Though we're far apart...you're always in my heart. Love u!
