The popular PSP series, Legend of Heroes, will be heading to other consoles outside the Sony sphere - including Nintendo 3DS.
The franchise, which did initially appear on the SNES almost twenty years ago, has found a home on the PSP - with numerous remakes and new entries in the Trails in the Sky series, and more recently switched development from PC to Sony's handheld as the primary platform. Thrilling story, strong strategic combat and high difficulty levels have been staple features of the series and now it seems that Nintendo players will be able to get in on the RPG loving.
A financial report for the developer Falcom states that the team intend to continue the series on non-Sony platforms, including games for the arguably more popular 3DS.
The Kiseki series has been limited to PSP, but starting next term it will be offered on 3DS and a variety of other targets.
