English and Japanese Voices for Fire Emblem: Awakening on 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Fancy using the original voices in your copy of Fire Emblem: Awakening? The Localised release has the option to play using the Japanese voice tracks or the dubbed English variety, giving two different tones for your drones. Depending on your preference, you'll be able to experience your sword-weilding cast issue commands in native Nintendo tongue or bellow out orders in their Western equivalent.

The game will also be available to purchase as a 4GB bundle, as confirmed earlier this week, when it arrives in US shores on February 4th. Awakening will happen in Europe after a longer slumber in April.

English or Japanese? Which setting will you pick for your Fire Emblem adventure on Nintendo 3DS?

If the English voice acting is good, I might keep it on. If not, Japanese voices with English subtitles still gives a great experience if the translation is good.

English only.

For the first and second run throughs at least.

Look unto me in every thought. Doubt not. Fear not.
