Nintendo showed off a new trailer for its rhythm game created by Pokémon developers Game Freak today.
HarmoKnight sees players button-pressing in time to commands and along railed platform levels to the beat of the music to create a rhythmic adventure complete with quirky characters and cut-scenes. The main character, Tempo, must collect notes along the scrolling levels by jumping or hitting enemies and multiple paths in each can be taken. Getting good scores unlocks faster versions of the stages, bosses can be fought, and different characters can be played as. Thanks to the developer's ties to the Pokémon games, music from that series is also featured in HarmoKnight.
HarmoKnight will get a demo in North America on March 14th, and will be released in the same region on March 28th.
