Control Video Games Using Your Urine on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

A new setup introduced in a stadium in the US offers a hands-free way of controlling video games whilst reliving oneself in the toilet.

Urinals, urinals. Covered in all sorts and protected by unwritten laws of male positioning might be set to change and become a little bit more interactive.

Introduced at the Coca-Cola Park, a stadium in Pennsylvania, the setup adds video screens above urinals that detect the presence of an upcoming chap and begins the game. In order to play you'll need to quite literally grab your organic joystick and aim left or right in order to control the game.

One of the examples given is a downhill snowboard game, where players use their flow to direct a hapless penguin down tricky slopes. This sort of gentlemanly competition might spark a very different sort of multiplayer experience and certainly redefines the term "ballpark".

Similar things have been done in Japan years ago.

What...the...Fu---? I'd expect this in Japan....but not here in the states...uuuuunless this was a Japanese company who set this up for Coca-Cola Park which wouldn't surprise me. Smilie

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422
