Rayman Legends Wii U Challenge Mode due this Month on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Incase you were pining the Wii U release of Rayman Legends, Ubisoft have confirmed that online challenge mode will be available later this month.

The publisher delayed the release of Rayman Legends on Nintendo Wii U till later this year to make way for a multiplatform release, but promised Wii U owners an exclusive treat to soften the blow. Nintendo today confirmed that the online challenge mode and demo will include four levels, including the Wii U-exclusive Murfy's Dungeon, plus daily/weekly challenges and leaderboards.

You'll be able to continue your Rayman Legends journey via a Nintendo eShop download late April.

Will you play through the challenge mode on Wii U, are you disappointed about the delayed Rayman Legends launch?

I'm stilled pissed Ubisoft. We still have to wait until near the end of the year to play the whole damn game.

Absolutely stupid that some development team had to spend extra time just to create this demo...this is costing Ubi more money.

Ultimately I still think that people that wanted it will still buy it anyway...people really are quite fickle.

For those boycotting the Wii U version and buying it on a different platform then all you are doing is proving some smart-arse-french guy that he was right to go multiplatform! So for those looking to get the game then get the Wii U version!

If I'll get it, I'll get the Wii U version, definitely. It looks like it will be the best version anyway, the only one with a (proper) touch screen.

Chances are I'll pick it up when it's heavily discounted.
