Indie Platformer Buddy & Me Gets Nintendo Wii U Stretch Goal on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

With the Kickstarter campaign for Buddy & Me coming to an end, a new stretch goal has been added to encourage Wii U development.

The unique platformer, currently in development for select iOS and Android devices, revolves around a young boy who visits an enchanted place night after night with a mythical flying creature, Buddy, who watches over him. Buddy and Me is a 2D platforming game with stunning painted backgrounds, pitched as a "lighthearted childhood adventure in the woods".

It's an indie project by Sunbreak Games, currently taking pledges for a $40,000 goal. Recently a stretch goal was added to include a potential version of Buddy & Me for the Wii U eShop.
