Indie Puzzler Q.U.B.E. Heading to the Wii U eShop on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Indie action/puzzler Q.U.B.E. has been announced for release on the Nintendo Wii U eShop.

Over the weekend the studio behind the game, Toxic Games, posted up an image of the 2011 project running on the Wii U, with a release expected some time this year.

Q.U.B.E. is a first person puzzle game that originally started off as final student project by a group of friends at Newport University, where a player can interact with specific blocks within a room. Different coloured blocks denote what can be done with them - retracting, extracted, forming stairs and sphere. There are various puzzles as the player progresses - from trying to find the escape door to manipulating light and memory tests.

Have you played Q.U.B.E. and are you excited for a Nintendo Wii U version?

It may not be Portal....but it looks good & will have to do till Valve gets over themselves like how Epic is. :-/

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422
