The big date and time for Nintendo's Wii U E3 broadcast has been set: June 11, 3pm UK time.

Planning a holiday? Don't. Going to work? Perhaps pull a sickie. Nintendo have set a date and time for the much anticipated Wii U E3 Nintendo Direct.

The world will be watching as Nintendo will finally lift the lid on much anticipated Wii U games - a brand new 3D Mario title, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros. U, Pikmin 3 and much more. It's certainly one not to miss!

Cubed3 will be live tweeting throughout the Nintendo Direct broadcast and post all the juicy new details.

Nintendo have yet to confirm whether June 11th would be the next broadcast date or if there would be any additional Nintendo Directs between now and then.

Be sure to read Cubed3's E3 predictions on what we're hoping and expecting this year from Nintendo.

MY BODY IS REGGIE.

Day of work? Yes please. Can't wait to see Mario in HD. Don't disappoint Nintendo, don't!

Gah, I finish work at 3:40, just one hour later and I could watch it all live! Ah well, I'll try to get home as soon as I can, I can keep an eye on the tweets at least. Smilie

Really looking forward to the new Smash Bros of course, though I bet we won't see much. Mainly just hoping that Mario Kart is a bit more fleshed out this time - the DS version had so much content that was missing from later versions! Bring back mission mode!

I can't wait!

I wonder if that will be the only Nintendo Direct for the week or if another will be announced (for a special game or the 3DS).

That would be a great swoop actually, make everyone think that they have revealed all then on the last day of the show reveal something huge!

please,

No more simple re-makes of the Zelda games. i only bought the console for Legend of Zelda. I love this game sooo much- i am happy you have re-done with so i can play with the wii- but also- the people are Demanding a new legend of Zelda game.

Please hear our cries. I am no the only person that feels this way in our group- just the only techie nerd that can figure out how to write you  and locate your email address or contact info.

This re-doing of old games for the Wii is great- but should not take this long- i hope you still have a team working on new games for the wii or game cube as we speak??

The Legend of Zelda has been my favorite game or series growing up as far back as i can remember- and i believe i will always play The  Legend of Zelda till the day i die (also madden) even if i live.

If you can somehow put the mario games on this level like the first mario on wii with the water jet pack or whatever they call it- the mario 64 games and the zelda games have always been the best- maybe a spider-man game or Batman games- i think this would be phenomenal. you would please me and my older friends some much by doing this- as it stands you are losing the older generations and gaining the newer generations of gamers- I guess that is your goal- to get the new gamers.

However you are pushing away your life long loyal customers by sabotaging the quality of your games. Please bring back some of the titles like Ninja Gaiden or Ninja Turtles- xmen games- batman- super man- and make these games all wii comfortable- i do enjoy the wii and the idea of the wii- but i have not spent money on a game since 2 years ago because i do not like the games you are putting out or even if i do- after i play them at a friend's house i feel no good reason to go out and buy them if you continue to screw up the game this much.  I do like the Avatar the last air bender series and can say this game needs improvements too.
I do not expect each game to be 100% perfect but it does not hurt if you try?

I have owned every video game system since atari- the neo-geo was a waste and sega was great. I love playstation and X-box but my loyality lies still with Nintendo today because i grew up on it and it is in my heart, If you continue to butcher these games- i will have no choice but to sell my wii and trade them in for store credit or video games for my PlayStation 3 or xbox.  I had my heart set on web slinging through the city like grand theft auto  only with spider man web shooters, Final Fantasy 7 or the series in general would be a great pick up but i understand copy right - maybe a basketball game like Nba 2k- or football like madden- these are my favorite games to play and i will play them until the day i die. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and i hope you will resecpt my wishes?

Your call of duty games do look pretty sweet.
