Bethesda's Pete Hines was recently quizzed on the studio's thoughts on Wii U and whether any projects are in development.
The developer has typically shied away from Nintendo formats, and it seems for the moment the same will apply to Nintendo's latest home console. There are a number of titles not coming to the system, including Wolfenstein: New Order, The Evil Within and The Elder Scrolls Online.
When asked, Hines confirmed that Bethesda has "nothing announced in development for Wii U", and that "I don't even remember the last time we've done a Nintendo title. We don't have anything now." He didn't rule out the Nintendo console alltogether, noting that "Whether or not we would in the future is TBD. As for why, I guess I'd rather not go into that."
What do you think of Hines' comments on the Nintendo Wii U situation?
