Rumour: Nintendo to Change Facebook Page Names?

Rumour: Nintendo have sent emails out to Facebook fans to highlight a change in the two Facebook pages for the Wii U and 3DS.

The "Wii U" Fan page will be changing its name to "Nintendo console Gaming" on the 20th of September, whilst the Nintendo 3DS will shift over to "Nintendo Handheld Gaming" on the 19th. Nintendo have yet to confirm the move, but with the Nintendo 2DS On the horizon, it is likely that the move to broaden the pages in both a console and handheld nature will take affect.

The change would also be useful to cover Nintendo's legacy, with the orgiinal Wii and DS still proving popular amongst fans and consumers.
