Theatrhythm Follow-up Curtain Call Confirmed for Nintendo 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

RPG giant Square Enix has announced another chapter in the popular Theatrhythm series, Curtain Call for Nintendo 3DS.

Set for a Japanese launch next spring, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will include a bumper playlist of over 200 songs from the iconic Final Fantasy franchise - including later entries like Final Fantasy 14. There'll be 60 characters, new and old, plus a multiplayer feature for those wanting to dabble in battles against friends.

Curtain Call will be heading to Japan next Spring but a Western release has yet to be confirmed. The first game well well received by Cubed3, earning a solid 9/10 Gold Award.

Day 1 for me!

Would have glady bought more DLC had Square continued to release more songs so a new game with over 200 tracks definately gets a guaranteed purchase from me!

Hoping for X-2 and Crystal Chronicle tracks. =)

Yeah I was waiting for them to release memory of lightwaves, and some crystal chronicles songs, before picking it up. Demo was great though

I think this did well in the states, I'm sure we'll get it as well.
