Monster Hunter 4 Ships 2 Million Units on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

After hitting Japan last week, Monster Hunter 4 has already proved to be a hit with consumers, shipping over 2 million copies.

According to Siliconera, Capcom have confirmed that 2 million copies were moved "as early as the fourth day" after the 14th September launch. Specific sales figures and eShop data has yet to be revealed, but certainly promising figures given the 2.8 million target expected by the end of the current fiscal year (March 31st 2014).

I'd give an arm and a leg for MH4 in Europe. Hope supports the add on 2nd analog stick for the 3DS as it's better to use for camera. Wonder if it will get a wii u port because MHU is nearly just the same as MH tri on the wii with some extra content but the graphics look bad as just upscaled wii graphics to HD. It looks better on the 3DS as it has a smaller screen but the textures are bland on the wii u.
