EA Germany Omits Nintendo from Consumer Survey

EA Germany Omits Nintendo from Consumer Survey on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

More EA and Nintendo squabbles as a recent survey fails to include Wii U as a viable option.

It's not been the best twelve months for both publishers, with EA's support for both the Wii U and 3DS withering away to nothing. The publisher hasn't ruled out the system entirely, but gauging interest may seem a little difficult.

In a survey sent out by EA Germany to consumers, the Wii U wasn't mentioned in current platforms, nor in plans for the next generation (PS4/Xbox One).

How can Nintendo show EA that there is some interest from Wii U and 3DS players?

Nintendo tells EA no and EA acts like a little...

Ridiculous. Get over yourself EA.

Hey now, EA is leading the game industry with massive innovations like making it so that you can't edit your Battlefield 4 loadout unless you're in the middle of a match.

Or, of course, you download their phone app. Which doesn't work.

Also the game doesn't work.

If there's one company that cares about gamers, it's EA!

Who needs EA! To be fair, i havent bought an EA game on a Nintendo system since the GC. They are always better on the alternative systems. It shouldn't be the way, but it is.

I think they missed a trick with FIFA to be fair, they could have really utilised the 2nd screen in innovative ways for this.

For me personally its no loss not having EA franchises on the Wii U, however it could be a big swinging point for those who are only going to purchase 1 console this gen.

EA is american company, and I try to buy as few products from american companies as possible, because I think they are destructive and careless, and bad for the people in the world.

I bought some games from EA back in the days. Mirror's Edge, Rock Band 2 and 3 - and these were good games. But a company, that offers games, which don't deliver something special anymore, like spirit or innovation, then I don't need them anymore.

You don't have to deliver something unique on a Nintendo platform, EA, since Nintendo has huge success with any new Zelda, Mario or SSbrothers Whatever without being completely original in every game. But they deliver spirit, heart and fondness for a game they give to us.
EA doesn't.

And they don't want to change that, plus they don't want to hear from us to deliver for WiiU (see their latest survey), so they don't want our money. I give mine to Nintendo instead. Or Ubisoft, despite their struggle with WiiU.

I find your lack of faith disturbing!
