Pre-orders Resume for SNES Release Nightmare Busters on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Nightmare Busters, a new SNES run-and-gun in physical cartridge form, has started to ship out to those who pre-ordered.

The game comes in a manufactured SNES cartridge, complete with outer card box and super-nostalgic manual for those who can still remember the scent of freshly printed gamer lingo. Nightmare Busters is as it says on the tin - an adventure where two leprechauns set out to restore peace to night-time, where a carnival of darkness has sprung to life.

Despite its appearance many years after the last officially released SNES title, Nightmare Busters began as a project many moons ago in Japan, 1994, picked up years later by developer Super Fighter Team.

After an initial run, the game is one again available to pre-order on the official website for $70.00 plus shipping costs.

If It weren't for the fact It's $70 I might pick this up, good to see any new SNES games come out.

If for no other reason, it's worth the money to support this type of continuation of the SNES.
