Hahah, thats pretty much spot on! I would probably say that Yoshi Yarn footage is more probable than some of those though. I would also say we are likely to see Kirby as well.

Maybe they will announce about Super Mario Bros Deluxe codes being sent out and an update to merge Virtual Console games across the 3DS/Wii U??

EDIT: I hadn't seen your last point...you already mentioned this Smilie

And of course the New Starfox and Fzero Smilie

Miyamoto sent me a postcard six months ago (it's only just arrived as it was hand delivered by pigeon) saying to be prepared for 13/02 as Nintendo will announce the BIGGEST MEGATON of a game - it's called...
....
....
Wii Fit 3

----

Most likely: DKC Tropical Freeze + Yoshi footage, eShop games, something to do with Miiverse
Possible: More Virtual Console releases, Smash Bros character reveal, Hyrule Warriors footage/date
Unlikely: Smartphone apps/demos (yet), loyalty scheme (yet)

But i wouldnt write off any surprises, I would say there would be at least one shocker in there coming way from left field!

Could Retro have been working on a second project that is now ready to be revealed?

Oh, another prediction is we'll see the Shin'en and several other indie games.

What a waste of 40 minutes of my life...

EDIT: Actually on second thoughts, not too much of a waste, at least I got to find out about the LEVEL 5 games discount, after looking into it Liberation Maiden and Attack of the Friday Monsters seem well worth £2.69! Also got the Steel Diver demo too. All not too shabby i guess.

Also on reflection i am quite surprised they didn't put the Sonic Boom announcement in the Direct?
