Predator Software have announced a new turn-based strategy game for Wii U, raising funds through a Kickstarter campaign.
Known as Tin Toy Battles, the pitch involves players collecting ickle tin toy figures and battling against a range of AI characters in "huge, fun battles." These will take place on a square grid, with players and the CPU taking turns to issue commands, across multiple map styles and a range of different units to bag after winning.
The project is said to be exclusive to Wii U, using the GamePad to issue commands, and display an outline of the current level.
The group have yet to release screenshots or gameplay footage at time of writing, but have a pitch video and a piece of concept art:
