Over in Japan, Amazon are dealing out a set of bonus playing cards for fans who register early interest for Mario Kart 8.

With Nintendo's highlight anticipated racer due out in a matter of weeks, pre-orders have begun for the latest racing romp. Those who order a copy of the game from Amazon Japan will receive a set of cards - one featuring Mario and friends, with the other focusing on the queen of space, Rosalina.

On Lakito's camera it says "MK TV", next to an internet logo. I wonder if they could be offering TVii support for the game! How awesome would it be if they would stream tournaments or matches?

^^ THIS. Nintendo really do need to get in on this whole Twitch/game streaming phenomenon - easy, and practically free advertising for Nintendo.
