Nintendo have updated Miiverse on Wii U and 3DS today with a handful of nifty features to streamline the experience.
Over the last year Nintendo have been vigorously refining and improving the online-based message boards, with the once basic setup gaining new features every few months or so. Today's upgrade list includes:
- The ability to search for a community by entering a title or keyword to find related games.
- Users can now see posts only by verified users by selecting the option at the top of the communities screen.
- The ability to filter out communities for titles that have been played on either a 3DS or Wii U (depending on the current hardware being used to access Miiverse).
- Those who forget to assign a "spoiler" tag to a post can now backwards edit and tweak a comment/post to be marked as "spoiler", or simply delete it.
- Fans can now attach in-game screenshots to posts, depending on the game, and to the activity feed.
