Nintendo of America has confirmed that over 50 games are planned for the Wii U that use the Unity game engine.
During GDC, Senior Manager of Marketing at Nintendo of America's Licensing department Damon Baker confirmed that 17 projects have been submitted and "will all be out within the next two months". A further "fifty that are waiting in the wings, that are coming," he said.
Unity comes free for developers who purchase Wii U development kits, ensuring a smooth transition when it comes to putting together projects for Nintendo's systems.
