Absolutely no reason why Nintendo isn't making these cross-buy between 3DS and Wii U. Offering some sort of discounts and reasons for committed fans to continue buying their products was brought up in their last investors meeting, so surely cross-buy is one such incentive. There are developers out there who have the mindset that if you've already bought one version on PS3, then you'll get the upcoming PS4 version free when it comes out, too. Why Nintendo isn't getting in this frame of mind is beyond me.

I'll definitely be getting Golden Sun! One of my all time favorites!

Working like a fiend isn't very fun... and surprisingly isn't very fiendish either.

£6.29 = $10.42, but instead they get it for $7.99 (some are even $6.99 yet the GBP stays the same!!), which would be fair enough if they dropped the GBP rate to match it aswell!! but they havn't, so sick of getting ripped off. £4.83 sounds a lot better to me! but no of course not, rip off britain.

IMO pricing should be universal across platforms and compatible with both systems (platform permitting).

Something like:

- NES £3
- SNES/GBA/MEGA DRIVE - £5
- N64 - £8
- GAMECUBE (eventually?) - £10

Would be ideal. But yeah, definitely rip-off Britain with those prices.

The only cost for Nintendo really is bandwidth - am sure the process of converting titles, testing etc is barely minimal. Can understand fees with third party licensing costs, potentially, but these VC games should really be cheaper.

Day one for Mario & Luigi and Golden Sun! Wonder if we'll see a number of third party games appearing? The Castlevanias and Sonic Advance series would be welcome. Smilie

I wonder if games like Drill Dozer or WarioWare:Twisted would be possible?
I assume some code would need to be tweaked for everything to line up right.

I was gonna say it would be cool if we would get Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble as well, but after looking it up, I was reminded that was a GBC game. ... still would be cool.

I wonder if those of us who are 3DS Ambassador's with the free versions of some of these games will also be able to get the Wii U version free? I hope so as this can get quite pricey...

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422
