Nintendo have confirmed that free DLC on Wii and DS will be unavailable after the online services shut down.
With just under two months to go before Nintendo ends Wii and DS online services, there has been some conflicting reports into just what functionality will remain available after that time.
As previously confirmed, the Wi-Fi Connection will stop running from May 20th, meaning that online play and leader-boards will no longer be available for Wii and DS titles. There will still be the opportunity to download paid material from the Wii Shop Channel, according to Nintendo, but free content like the bonus Professor Layton puzzles and Dragon Quest IX quests will no longer be available after that date.
Which content will you download before May 20th?
