Watch the Nintendo Big Band Perform Mario, Zelda, Animal Crossing and more

During this year's Nico Nico Choukaigi, Nintendo held a Big Band performance of a range of songs from Mario, The Legend of Zelda and more!

Held in the Makuhari Messe convention center each year, Niconico Chokaigi celebrates popular Japanese culture and entertainment, with Niconico meaning "to laugh" or "smile", while "Douga" denotes videos or movies.

As Nintendo was one of the sponsors for the event, it was an all out musical party with the Nintendo Special Big Band performing arrangements for Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong, Animal Crossing and more!

It's certainly worth a watch, for the superb Super Mario 3D World and "Rainbow Road" renditions alone:
