The Kickstarter campaign for survival horror adventure Cult County ended today, but missed its initial goal.
Developer Renegade Kid was looking to raise $580,000 in funding to produce the game, but fell short with just $46,736 raised during the duration of the campaign. In a Twitter update today, studio founder Jools Watsham thanked the 1492 backers and noted how the team are "now discussing other options."
Cult County stars Gavin Mellick, who sets out to find his sister to break some news about their mother. When reaching his childhood home, he encounters a cult group and a town that's bathed in mystery.
