Hyrule Warriors Slashing Across Japan in the Summer

Developer Tecmo Koei have confirmed a Summer release for Hyrule Warriors in Japan.

The Dynasty Warriors-esque brawler, which finds protagonist Link battling through hordes of familiar foes across Hyrule, will be questing in Japanese homes from Summer onwards. Tecmo Koei are intending to handle publishing duties on home turf, whilst Nintendo will be pushing the game outside Japan.

The date was mentioned during the Tecmo Koei financial results briefing posted earlier today, but a Western release period is still to be confirmed.
