Watch the Infinity Runner Launch Trailer on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

First person action game Infinity Runner is launching on multiple platforms, including Wii U, with a new gameplay trailer.

Thrown into the deepest regions of space, The Infinity was a ship looking for a new home for humanity, but ended up being stalked by a werewolf. Players take on the role of a prisoner who runs through the ship in a bid to escape, dodging obstacles, dealing hand-to-hand combat and reacting to the ever-changing environment on board.

Described as Mirror's Edge meets Mass Effect, the game will include 14 levels and multiplayer support.

It may be described as "Mirrors Edge meets Mass Effect", but it doesn't look as interesting or polished as either of them. I suppose it still has time.

Working like a fiend isn't very fun... and surprisingly isn't very fiendish either.

Yeah. You can throw 'Mass Effect' into a tagline and I'll immediately be interested, but looks like the only thing it has in common is space. Hadn't heard of Wales Interactive before now, either.

btw Hawk, I sent you a PM. Any chance you could get back to me, as soon as you can, please? :]

Will do, Az. Once I get to my computer I'll send you a reply. I'm currently on m phone, so it's a little difficult to type long messages.

Hmmm....well I doubt it has the kind of deep story Mass Effect has & I hope the gameplay/level design doesn't get too repetative but all in all it looks like it could be fun. Werewolves in space is a new concept & I like how the Mirror's Edge concept is used with it...unleash the inner BEAST!!

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422
