Developer Stage Clear Games confirmed two new titles in development for the Wii U eShop this year.
Previously released on iOS, Android and Steam, platformer Shiny the Firefly was the first title shown off for Nintendo's system. As the title suggests, players travel about as an adorable little firefly, who adventures across a challenging, colourful garden to save his lost babies.
Roving Rogue is the second project, a classic pixel-driven 2D platformer with four-player multiplayer, where players need to escape a castle that's falling apart after defeating the final boss (at the start of the game). This particular project is being penned by a group of game design students who previously won the iDEAME U contest, with the game on track as a Wii U exclusive for release this year.
