Ice Cream Surfer to Ride onto Wii U eShop

Battle evil vegetables in a new indie game heading to the Wii U eShop this year, Ice Cream Surfer.

The game, as the name suggests, literally has heroes floating across side-scrolling 2D levels onboard ice-creams. The reason why? The evil Broccoli is rather annoyed that children hate eating vegetables, and so embarks on a quest to destroy the flavour galaxy. It's down to these heroes to step in and save the day, bringing both greens and sugar together.

There'll be five playable characters, each with their own abilities, painted in a classic 16-bit inspired world.
