Theatrhythm FF - Legacy of Music Episode 2 - Celebrate 16-Bit Final Fantasy Chiptune Compositions on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Square Enix have summoned up a second Legacy of Music video to celebrate the impending release of Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call.

The new video sequence, which follows on from the 8-bit montage, revolves around the much heralded 16-bit era for the long-running RPG series. From the deep, intense military anthems of Final Fantasy IV to the bass-groves in Final Fantasy V, Curtain Call celebrates many popular and more niche compositions.

The new game is due out on 19th September 2014.

The compos of Ryuji Sasai from Mystic Quest Legend sure clash with the rest of the music, but in my opinion, if there's one thing that that game got right, it was battle music Smilie.
