Ex-Cing VP: Kyle Hyde Could Have a Future

Rika Suzuki has expressed an interest in continuing the story of the much-loved Nintendo DS detective, Kyle Hyde.

Cing, developer of franchises like Hotel Dusk, Little King Story and Another Code, was studio based in Japan that went defunct in 2010. Since then the company's vice-president, Suzuki, was asked about whether there could be a future of Kyle Hyde, to which she replied "I hope that I will be able to produce his story, which I'm still thinking about myself."

However, the rights to Kyle Hyde as a character now belongs to Nintendo, so it's down to the House of Mario to decide whether there's a future for the sharp-witted detective/salesman.
