Legacy Pokémon Games are Still Selling Well on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Figures for Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver and Pokémon Black / White have shown continued strength years after release.

Analysis for both sets of games have shown that there's still life in the older versions of the popular RPG series, with Pokémon HeartGold / Pokémon SoulSilver selling 50,000 units between March 2013 and 2014. Lifetime sales are now 12.72 million units.

Pokémon Black / Pokémon White sold around 160,000 units within the same period, with lifetime figures now at 15.58 million. This pair was the second set of adventures released for Nintendo DS, originally hitting the market back in 2011.
