Square Enix Announces Streaming Game Service on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Square Enix is launching a new service in Japan on October 9 that will let you stream games using cloud tech.

The service will come with the following games initially:
Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy VII International
Season of Mystery: The Cherry Blossom Murders

It appears each game will have fixed prices, dependent on whether you want 3 days, 10 days, 30 days or 365 days of time.

Each game will come with a 30 minute trial, and more titles such as Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Final Fantasy VIII are expected in November.

Square has confirmed support for both Android and iOS operating systems.

The service will be delivered through their app, entitled "Dive In."

Is this the reason you needed to get the newly anticipated iPhone 6?
