One for Mush, too, please? He only has his phone and it takes forever for him to use C3, so he asked me to ask for him.

I would be eternally grateful. It would tide me over until Hyrule Warriors and my new laptop comes. I need this!

Sirlink and Mush it is! I'll pm them to you in 15 minutes chaps, just getting home first!

I'll have one if anyone else gets a few codes.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You've made my day! No, my week!

Oh my gosh, this is awesome and unexpected, will be great to keep fueling the hype! Can't wait until next week, unless someone with a code is feeling generous? Smilie

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

What's the criteria for who gets codes or not? Because I got 4 in my email earlier today Smilie.

Lol I've been rummaging through the GAF forums for a code - anyone who has spares should set a challenge to get some Smilie

I really should redeem those stars, have loads just sitting in their cases.

Am I the only one to have noticed that when you suspend the game with the home menu button the following happens?

-It takes much longer to bring up the home menu
-You can't access Miiverse or the Web browser while the game is suspended (maybe the game actually uses up some of the RAM that would otherwise be alloted to the console's OS ?)
-When you close the game from the home menu (x button), the console reboots!! Maybe it really does force the OS to free up some RAM for the game to run, like forcing the OS to drop down some of its normal functions so that there's more free RAM for games? Maybe that's what happened with the last firmware update that made the system version go up one number? (version 7 something I think it is now?)

EDIT: No last big jump was to version 8, without any mention of what major change it brought)

That was announced earlier today, actually. Miiverse and Web Browser will indeed be disabled, unless you're playing on a New 3DS with its upgraded hardware.

Affraid I didn't see that, I wouldn't have been surprised if I had, Smilie. That sucks though because that means people wouldn't be able to post screens of their Smash game unless they have the new system?

Did you have to request access or did Nintendo just randomly pick Club Nintendo members?

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

I never requested anything. Read about people being 'picked' to receive a demo on C3, and then later suddenly got the e-mail.

I've had my account for ages and have registered a lot of games and systems to it. Might have something to do with being picked :p.

Yeah I've had my account pretty much since 2005 I'd say? Registered pretty much 300 games and all of their consoles released since, and still doing it as soon as I get a new game or piece of hardware... Maybe that flags you as a privileged customer Smilie. Wish they'd do that kind of thing more often hehe Smilie !

Ok gotcha, I just wasn't sure if it was a drawing you had to ask to be placed into for NC members or if they just selected pre-existing members to just send the emails to.

This certainly isn't the case. I've had my account since before it became Club Nintendo and I never seem to get included in these "select member" promotions..
