Capcom Ship Over 2 Million Units of Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate

Capcom have confirmed that over 2 million copies of the latest installment of the popular Monster Hunter series have shipped.

Within the first five days of launch in Japan, the Nintendo 3DS exclusive Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate has experienced exceptional sales. The publisher is predicting a solid 3.9 million units figure by the end of the current fiscal year. The original release, Monster Hunter 4, has shipped more than 4.1 million units in Japan alone.

The upgraded release, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, will be localised and released in 2015.
