Masked Ally Joins Yo-Kai Watch Film Trailer

Yo-Kai Watch is getting its own film adaptation, hitting the big screen in animé form.

Hitting Japanese screens from 20th December, the flick's title translates loosely as "It's the Secret of Birth, Meow!" and continues the story of a fifth-grade lad who receives a special watch that allows him to see troublesome ghosts.

The trailer for the film reveals a masked character, wrinkly witches and captured friends - all in a day's work for the hugely successful, relatively new IP from Level-5.
