More Classic Mario Games Coming to Virtual Console on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

The ESRB has rated three more classic games for the Virtual Console, confirming their imminent release.

Super Mario Bros. Deluxe will be coming to the 3DS Virtual Console. Originally released on the Game Boy Color, the game is a remake of the NES Super Mario Bros. and was given out for free earlier in the year in Europe for those who linked their 3DS with their Nintendo Network ID.

Mario Party Advance and Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2, both hailing from the Game Boy Advance, will be arriving on the Wii U Virtual Console. While the latter is a simple remake of the SNES classic Super Mario World, itself already available on the Wii U Virtual Console, Mario Party Advance is an all-new game in the Mario Party franchise with some unique mechanics.

Release dates for the games have not yet been revealed, but we'll bring you updates on the titles as announced.

I would buy Super Mario World if they brought it to 3DS. But seriously what was the different between the SNES and GBA version to bring them both to Wii U apart from the resolution probably being worse for the GBA version?

Really the should have realease Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario 3....I heard it was alot better than the NES version of Mario 3.....
