Players can take on the role of the baddie in an amusing Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire hack.

One of the ROM hacks for the Nintendo 3DS game takes the Team Magma leader Maxie and puts him into the limelight. As the new, unofficial, star of the popular 3DS games, Maxie is fully playable - can stroll about, battle other trainers and go through the badge-collecting motions.

He even appears in the opening cutscene, arms outstretched, like a boss.
